    Aklilu G/her - Deputy Director

    Leads finance, administration, and human resources with over 16 years of management experience and advanced degrees in economics, accounting, and business administration

  • Fissahha Ghebremariam - Program Manager, Community Care Services

    Fissahha Ghebremariam - Program Manager, community Care Services

    Leads all community care related activities. He oversees baby care, community awareness raising, educational support and community counselling, drawing on 14 years of field experience and a Master’s in Social work.

  • Carlos Mearg - Program Manager, Transitional Care Services

    Carlos Mearg - Program Manager, Transitional Care Services

    Leads the Transitional Care Services for children and women. Oversees tracing, reunification and domestic adoption activities as well as the smooth running of all holistic service deliveries. He holds a Master’s in Counselling and has 6 years of experience supporting vulnerable groups.

    Manages livelihood and business support programs. bringing academic training in psychology and economics and more than 6 years of professional experience.

Our Staff

Our Leadership team is supported by over 80 skilled Ethiopian professionals, including social workers, economists, psychologists, caregivers, medical staff, teachers, community outreach workers, drivers, gardners, and security personnel.
